The practice has male and female Osteopaths that treat patients of all ages and from all walks of life for muscle, joint, disc and nerve pain that can be caused by lifestyle, ageing, work, hobbies, sport, pregnancy etc.
For public protection Osteopathy is regulated by the General Osteopathic Council. Only practitioners that meet the high standards required can call themselves Registered Osteopaths. Peter, Susan and Jenny are all Registered Osteopaths.
All patients receive a comprehensive assessment and appropriate treatment during the Initial Consultation for a fee of 35 pounds (allow 1 Hour). Further treatment sessions cost 28 pounds (allow 30 mins).
Osteopathic treatment combines techniques for decreasing muscle tightness and increasing joint mobility. This combined with exercises, posture and lifestyle advice produces a very effective approach to treating conditions such as back/neck pain, sciatica, headaches, frozen shoulders, tendinitis, arthritic pain and many others. Each patient receives a treatment tailored to their individual needs.
The practice is open 6 days a week and offers evening and Saturday appointments.
