Mitchells Hire Drive in Rutherglen, Glasgow

I'll never hire another car from Mitchells again and would urge anyone to think twice before using them.
I hired a car from the Glasgow branch at the start of November for the weekend, which broke down after putting petrol in that would've done me for the weekend, they gave me a replacement car which was a lower standard than I hired, which I also had to put fuel into. I was told to keep my receipts and it would all be sorted the next day for me, it wasn't, it wasn't sorted on the Sunday or even the Monday when I returned the car. They seemingly only have 1 person in the entire company that handle complaints and never seems to work no matter what time of day you try to get a hold of him! Their customer service consists of failed promises and lies! You have been warned, use them at your own risk
