Tiles 'N' Baths in Leicester

I purchased a bath and ancillary goods from them.
The wrong size was delivered which I informed them of the same day requesting that they deliver the correct size bath or collect and refund the whole order.
Took them 14 days to collect the order.
After another 7 days i asked "where's my refund?"
Told: "Have to wait another 7 days for distributors to confirm returned order was complete and undamaged".
After ANOTHER 7 days I AGAIN asked "where's my refund?"
Told: "have to wait up to 30 days for refund to be processed".
Never got my refund, had to resort to claiming against PAYPAL.
I took nearly 2 months to get my money back.
The Breached the Contract to Supply the correct goods.
They Breached the Distance Selling Regulations.

I advise you do not purchase from them!
