Faith Mission Bookshop in Portadown, Craigavon

I have been in several times and each time the manager Jim is in I feel like I'm on egg shells, I'm even afraid to bring the children in.
The last time I was in with my two children I was buying a bible for my youngest, I have to say my children are not angels but on this occasion they were excellent, waited ten minutes to get served, which me and the kids didn't mind at all. I work with the public myself and I know you get busy.
He rushed over like a bull in a china shop, snatched the bible of my 5 year old daughter I was paying by card, mumbled a few words, he was just unpleasant. It was Christmas time so I understand he was busy and stressed but that's the last time time, I've since heard several complain about his very abrupt manner, and i will not be buying anything from Faith Mission Bookshop again. It's a pity as the other staff couldn't be more helpful. When we got in the car my son said "is he a christian? he doesn't have very good manners". Treat others how you would like to be treated yourself, I am a very very easy going person and never ever complain about anything, there is a clearance faith mission shop in Portadown which I now bring the children to and the man could not be nicer. The only reason it's getting a two because he has very good staff, maybe they are afraid of him?
