Poonam Holidays in Wembley

Do not trade with this company. I booked a holiday to Thailand/Cambodia. Through our internal flight from Thailand and Cambodia we were unable to board as the card holder (Poonam Holidays) was not present.

The travel agent advised us to buy a ticket on the desk and he'd refund us on our return. Spent $750 for a new ticket. This holiday was in 2011 and we are now in 2013 and we have still not received a refund from Poonam Holidays.
Dishonest company making false promises - do not use.
