The service given by the nail technician was terrible!
Charging £20 for a set of acrylic nails i expected a proffessional job and to leave the shop satisfied, however this was not the case at all. Not only did the technician constantly get up to answer the phone leaving my nails with acrylic on them in lumps so the nail was not smooth none were the same length or same width. My nails were awfull, they looked cheap and self diy'd .
Never again will i visit hair eleven as 3 days later all nails began to peel off eventually resulting in them coming off 4 days later , went in to visit to ask if they could be reapplied to be told she could not as she would be losing out. I paid £20 for nails that we're clearly cheaply applied. Clearly the staff do not care for customer satisfaction.
