My name's Richard Askew. I'm an Experienced Integrative Counsellor and Life Coach (integrating the Person-Centred approach, Transactional Analysis, Existential Perspectives, and Systemic theory), and an Associate Trainer and Group Facilitator on a Level 4 Therapeutic Counselling Diploma course.
My Clinical Practice is based at the Dialogue Centre, close to Seven Dials in Brighton, and I offer:
- Counselling for Adults
- Relationship Counselling for Couples and Family members
- Skype and Telephone counselling and coaching
- Life Coaching.
I also offer specialist support for families engaged in Collaborative Process and British expatriates ovreseas.
I can offer you a safe and confidential space to talk, heal and grow.
As your counsellor, we'll explore how your current difficulties may have evolved, how it affects your daily life, and how you would like things to change, and I will support you in your journey towards inner fulfillment, greater self-belief, and improved relationships.
As your life coach, I'll work together with you to establish your goals, recognise obstacles that might be holding you back, and provide you with the tools to fulfill your aims.
And as your relationship counsellor, we'll explore how you've both arrived where you are today and heal the breach that exists between you.
