In essence our brief is such that upon notification of an alarm at a contracted premise we respond immediately with the keys and intimate knowledge of the system, thereby removing the inconvenience and health and safety issue, of either yourself or a member of staff being on call, or attending such an occurrence.
Upon attendance, a full inspection of the property is conducted, externally and internally with any unauthorised breaches of your system reported to the Police immediately.
Having identified the cause of the activation, the premises will be made secure, where necessary and the system reset following liaison with your Monitoring Company or Alarm Engineer.
