I demonstrate the core conditions, strong boundaries, trust and positivity in all aspects of my work. This allows the client or counsellor to be themselves without feeling judged, and is a healthy respectful environment for counselling, supervision and training. In addition to my private work I volunteer for Relationships Scotland Central. This allows me to keep my work fresh. For my counselling I attend both one to one and peer supervision to ensure I am working ethically and assist with any issues as they arise. I attend a Consultant Supervisor for my Supervisory practice. My training is kept current with the use of Continual Personal Development, reading of articles and books.
