Tony Blackband in Newcastle

What an absolute waste of time and money! Tony recently did a job for us and seemed really professional ahead of him getting the job. Then he started, requested payment half of the job he'd done and told us that when he came back he'd complete something he should have already done and had been paid for. That was the last we heard from him despite numerous attempts to contact him until today when he finally had the decency to call us back, only to tell us he couldn't come back to finish to job he had started and been partially paid for because he had taken on a bigger job. An absolute Charlatan! I've selected one star only because it wouldn't let me submit a zero rating.
