F Ball & Co.Ltd in Cheddleton, Leek

Unfortunately I cannot recomment this company. I had a karndean floor laid and F Ball & Co tested my screed for moisture. They gave the go ahead (Later I have realised against their own technical advice) to lay the floor at 78%. The floor has catastrophic failure due to moisture in the screed and F Ball have basically washed their hands of the problem and left us without any support and the flooring company with a large bill for replacement. I am the third party but am angry at their lack of regard for the end user of their product and the suffering their unprofessionalism has caused to me and my family.
