T Pickles in Lytham St. Annes

The young lady completely ignored me when i was in the queue today, despite waiting patiently and in the line. I asked for a serviette politely and i didn’t get one. I also asked for a knife and fork and she said it’s in the bag, went to check afterwards and they weren’t there. Awfully rude and arrogant. Such a shame as it’s very nice place. They need to work on their customer service. Food was nice but I won’t be going back if that’s the way she treats and speaks to her customers.
