Empire Professional Dry Cleaners in London

Customer service is non existent. This business took almost two weeks to complete their service, gave me incorrect dates for when I could collect meaning I turned up on two occasions only to be turned away, and failed to call me when they said they would. When I brought this up I was shouted at and intimidated, absolutely no chance of an apology. I will never set foot in here again.
