Booked Company 3 days before the bank holiday to call out and safe remove & install a new TV Aerial, Company didn't show called 4 times to see where they was no call back from any of the messages left on ans phone. Company didn't even call me back after the bank holiday to say sorry, called another company, called out sameday and was cheaper then this one.
