Q8 Petroleum GB in Kilmarnock

Having attended this service station which incorporates a sub way franchise today with my pregnant daughter (who had just been for a scan to check if her unborn child was ok), we were subjected to an irate individual who was very rude to my daughter as to where she chose to leave her vehicle. We had just entered the building and this person took humbridge as to where she stopped. He must have sat for at least 5 seconds before blaring his horn to being attention to my daughters vehicle! He then proceeded to enter the building and was very abusive to my daughter! I being concerned about my daughter and unborn grandchild was furious! We were then approached by the supposedly supervisor of the garage who explained if you were not in the premises to pay for fuel there was alternative parking if you only wished to purchase from the sub way franchise.
I suggest this garage should put a notification and signs to this effect in their forecourt!!!
I was a passenger in my daughters car and was intending to purchase a newspaper and other items, so if my daughter was parking to wait for me as a patron of garage facilities whilst she stood in the sub way queue she did not commit any demeanour!
I am quite sure this has happened on many occasions! The fact of the matter was that there were ample pumps available for this obnoxious person to obtain fuel!!!
My daughter was very distressed by this experience and I was fuming at the ignorance of this man causing a scene which was uncalled for!!!!
To avoid this in the future Designate and sign post parking spaces for sub way customers. However how do you propose to differentiate those who have parked to buy fuel and are in the building paying for this and then decide to join the queue for a sub way!!!!
Totally disgusted by proceedings today!!!
