24hr Crayford Minicab Service in Dartford

Don't use this company for Mini-Bus hire it will ruin your evening!
1. booked for 9pm pick up, didn't arrive! called Taxi driver he in wrong location! He was 2 mins away from correct pick-up but still takes 20 mins to arrive!
2. going to London from Bexleyheath - didn't use A2 we went through welling/Blackheath etc.
3. Had to give him directions to Earls court he kept insisting he needed a door number? Mate its earls court!
4. Phoned driver 2am to make sure he's on way to pick up at 3am (really didn't trust him but we had paid £160 for the outing).
5. 3am where are you? called again 20 mins he said yeah right! Spent the next hr calling him. Finally arrived 4.15am (must've had kept on the way!)
6. Called office to complain...Given Number of Boss called Nad. Who, when he finally answered the phone said he didn't work there and had history with the company (er right).
7. Called office back they said Nad a liar (Nice). Wanted me to go confront him Monday (probably just to entertain themselves).
8. Why the hell should I have to. An apology and part refund would have been nice but no, this company are too unprofessional for that. Please don't let then ruin your evening, use someone else!
