As an older lady I feel a little vulnerable to possible 'sale-pitch' when I need repairs or checks on the car/tyres. However the couple of times I have used TBE (MOT and checking a problem on another occasion) I was never given anything other than a good deal and good advise. No sales pressure, overcharging and always respectful. Great place, great team of people.

I personally wouldn't recommend using this branch if you require anything as important as tyre fitting considering that I had all four corners fitted, at I reasonable price I admit, but a price that you would expect tyres to last longer than 1000miles.
My vehicle isn't used on track days or such like, just weekend trips to my children's football around 60 mile round trips on motorways and A roads, no cross country or poorly conditioned roads.
It is because of this use of my car which has provided a poor review, a service that's paid for should be honoured and I feel this was greatly abused.
Family members have also had bad things to say about the Talke branch when I mentioned the work done, so it doesn't look as though I was a one off.

Possibly the most efficient and obliging garage I have ever dealt with. I have never felt overcharged or told that I needed work that I didn't consider I did.
