Memsaab UK in Birmingham

The service is terrible. I am a bit stunned as to why any of the staff do not speak fluent English. They really don't understand what is going on. I bought a suit worth 30 pounds from this shop and realised that I could get it cheaper elsewhere, so I decided to exchange it instead. All was well as I went back with the reciept and decided to get something else instead for 12 pounds so I was given 2 reciepts instead after the shop assistant had difficulty in using the till. However, when I went back the second time to get an £18 suit she flately refused to serve me saying that she hadn't seen me before and therefore I couldn't exchange the credit note for an outfit. She then said that I was not allowed to see the manager and that they dealt with things themselves. So basically, I am now roughly £20 out of pocket instead! I won't be shopping there again!
