Dale fitted a boiler for us quickly and at a good price, although it then took weeks to get a gas safety certificate. Dale also worked on the electrics and plumbing for our extension. Due to an apparent inability to communicate sensibly with the builder, a tendency not to show up as promised, and other (apparently more important) work we were clearly the bottom of his priorities. After weeks of delay and being fobbed off we employed other plumbers and electricians to finish the work. Dale has still not provided a certificate for his work, months after carrying it out, leading to loads of extra stress and hassle attempting to chase him up. In the end I've given up and got a reliable tradesman in to certify everything and put work right that was not completed in line with best practice.
