Awful. I can't comment on his actual standards of work because after coming to quote for the job and arranging for him to come and do the work, we never saw him again. The morning that he was meant to come, he postponed due to a van break down. The morning that he rearranged to come a few days later, he didn't show up because his van was still broken. One week later, he just failed to show up when arranged because a tool was broken. Refused to come and start the work that he didn't need the tool for so he could have the tool fixed for the next day. The next day he failed to show up and didn't contact us for 4 days, at which point he text to let us know that his phone was (you guessed it!) broken and he hoped that we'd managed to sort out the work we needed doing. Massive waste of time and completely unprofessional. Three weeks of excuses and nothing to show for it. PS It made me give him one star. I wasn't allowed to choose zero.
