I am very disappointed about the service!! We ordered 2 doors. One arrived with a wrong color (we didn't notice that they were wrapped in foil). When we reported the door are bad lady from the office advised us to fit them (the old one have been already removed and house couldn't stay without doors). We pay for fitting and had to wait another month for new one. After month they refused to fit new doors (Take off the old door from the hinges and insert new). Easy all it takes 20 minutes. Talking on the phone there were very rude!!! I'm very disappointed!!!!! Better don't deal with them!!!!!
If I could give this “company” zero stars I would.
The lack of customer service skills and communication is very clear in this company - particularly with Jess, who seems to be the one to take the calls and also Terry - if he’s ever in the office to speak to. If you make the decision, for whatever reason, to get any windows from Window Installers, be prepared to receive the complete wrong windows and be offered nothing even close to apology.
So after paying a £1000 deposit for our original design of windows, we decided we would like a different design…we called multiple times to ask if this would be possible, where we were told not only by Jess, but also Terry, that this would be absolutely fine. Upon arrival of the windows a few weeks later, this company had sent the original windows and completely disregarded our request - later actually arguing with us, as customers, over the phone and Jess and Terry, both implying we were lying. Utterly unprofessional if you ask me and actually quite laughable considering we have an email, where it was agreed that the windows would be changed. Myself, my family and the builders then decided we wanted nothing to with this company and told them to take the windows back, loosing our £1000 deposit which is a lot of money for anybody.
I would love to say that they apologised profusely and offered us a way to rectify this problem, but unfortunately I can’t. Not even an apology or a call back after being called a liar on the phone and creating mass stress in our household.
You can clearly see how little customers mean to them and how much they are only there to take your money.
