I had a consultation with Riana about facial laser hair removal and explained I had not had much luck in the past and that the hair always came back. Riana reassured me that she was using the latest technology and I will get a good result with 6 treatments. I've had 14 treatments on a monthly basis and on 3 of these occasions I have been burnt and scared as the heat was too high. I also broke out in spots all over my face at least 3 times. Riana was very friendly I and never liked to complain but on the third occasion and with no hair reduction result I asked for my money back so I could get my scars treated. She told me that I have signed papers that say that hair reduction is not a guarantee and burns are a side effect and that she could only give me my money back for the treatments I have paid for but not had.
