Pamper Me in Cheadle

I was never able to make an appointment to use my gift voucher (a present); salon not open, no reply to phone calls, unable to leave a message as "full". Contact made on Facebook, promised to phone or e-mail me, did neither.
Waste of £30 for my gift-giver!
Cannot comment on their service within the salon as never managed to access it!
