Started playing the terminal machine in the corner, robbery is how I would describe it! The machine started flicering during the roulette wheel on spin, they do this time after time, and the spinning ball then jumps three steps further and kills off the bet that I had placed. Then decides to start choosing bets for me and after cancelling all bets it does it again and again and again!
Even after the fact that I chose the menu at least three times the machine started to choose the game for me each time.
These machines are a liability and should be scrapped or repaired.
By repaired I mean refitted from scratch and fitted and vigourously tested before being allowed onto the shop floor.
No I am not shouting or being abusive intentionally as I am using capitals as I can't see what is being typed. I am sorry if i appear to be doing that but I can assure you it's not the case.
Apart from being robbed by your machines when this happens I actually did well on the machine mentioned and am awaiting for a refund to be paid to my card.
The staff member was very polite as was the other guy that was working too.
It's just a pity that the refund isn't immediate and that the shop doesn't advertise the time it takes for the refund to clear back on the card.
