Pembroke Dental and Implant Centre in Crawley

The new management brought a lot of positive changes to this dental practice. I was impressed with the environment, the place was very clean and the staff was friendly. My husband underwent a dental treatment and the result was perfect.
Will certainly recommend Pembroke Dental and Implant Centre!

I transferred to this practice after my last retired, three appointments in and I am never going back to them ever again. Here are the reasons why:

1) Easy enough to get appointments but they are always running late even at 9am!
2) You have to prepay for your treatment cost with no refund option.
3) Get passed around from dentist to dentist, I have not yet been able to see the same one.
4) They use the appointment as a marketing scam, they fill the time telling you how bad your teeth are (never had problems before) and what you need to buy to make them better, they gave me a shopping list of things to buy, all completely useless.
5) You will leave the appointment room feeling ashamed and scared after their scare tactics, I hadn't even sat in the seat before I was tutted it and told I needed my teeth whitened, no hello, or welcome just pounced upon as soon as I entered.

I thought it was just me, but I have now found 5 other people that have all had these same problems!
