Burbage Fishery in Hinckley

Always for the past 25 years you are our takeaway night, which for us is once a week, in an emergency 2 times. For some reason over this year you have let me down. Cold pies? Chicken and Mushroom had to reheat in the oven. This has happened on a few occasions this year, do you have new staff? Are they trained?
I would always recommend you to anyone but the pies which you know because of health and safety need to be hot inside. I would have brought them back to you but its a bit of a trek and working all day you just don't want to. Don't let a great place go to pot because of the people you employ. Please sort it out or after 25 years we will have to go elsewhere sick of it now. My dinner tonight went in the bin and cost a bit.
