Gadget Exchange in Sheffield

Absolutely fuming! Had my lock button fixed and they brake my front camera! So I take it back and they say we "don't break, we repair". So I said "well, it worked before and then didn't after you messed about with it!". So they said they will have a look at it! Half way though he says something about a new camera so I said I'm not paying for anything when you were the one who broke it! After this he says well "I'm not touching it then with my phone in pieces!". So I said "well, put it back together then and I will leave it because it's already cost me £35 for you to fix one problem and cause another!". Then he had the cheek to say to me "you can have your phone back in ten minutes because of your attitude!". Not only this, but another customer came in and said their scroller doesn't work on their blackberry so I said "try just turning it on and off first", but before they could try he had took the phone to pieces inserted a new scroller without even telling them then charged her £10! To make things worse another customer came in and asked how much it would cost for a new scroller on Blackberry and they quoted her £20! This is Gadget Exchange in Sheffield town near KFC... Do not go there!!
