Travelodge Reading Central in Reading

The hotel is lovely and very clean which is really good for a customers eye. But I must admit I went once and staff are dreadful and just care about money and not caring to their customers' needs at all. Kicking people out when time is up on checking out time being slightly delayed by the customer intentionally, which is fine but they don't ask you kindly or inform to say just to let you know you have over stayed by half an hour please do hurry. Instead they patronize and threaten by saying you get out or we will take extra money just because they have card details. Humiliation and insult. Didn't give a chance to sorry we are just leaving gathering our stuff. Just repeated we will take extra money. Disgusting.
