Cawthorne & Wright in Leicester

Very poor service, coloured my daughter's hair & the colour faded after a week! Salon owner was very rude did not offer to do anything about it but argued with me for 1 hour & then said "I will refund what you paid but don't ever come back to my salon again"! When it meant refunding my money he had a change of heart & said "I tell you what, bring your daughter in & we'll do a touch up colour"; so he gave me what I had asked for in the 1st place!
