Cuckoo Ladies Fashions in Glasgow

I purchased an outfit in July '13 for a November wedding. After the wedding the outfit was damaged through the dry cleaning process. The owner did not take any responsibility until I proved the garment was wrongly labelled. As she was responsible under the sale of goods act she agreed a full refund and associated costs (testing of outfit) but as of today 12 March '14 I still haven't get any refund. Numerous phone calls made to the shop have not been returned. I have escalated it but still I hear nothing. I am extremely disappointed at the apparent lack of customer service given by this retailer.

Fantastic service you found a dress for me in time for a wedding in my size I just love it thank you and your delightful staff for making me feel fab at an important wedding. Enid Reid.
