Regency Drives in Wolverhampton

Carl came to quote for a new drive. He advised us on the best imprint to use & colours & assured us it would be a professional job. We looked as others & decided to go with him as he realigned some fence panels for us too, which I must say he did a great job. We paid deposit, we then paid for second payment so old drive could be dug up & prep done, then another payment when concrete poured & imprinting done, final payment was due on completion which I decided to withhold until happy with finished result but Carl said he would not visit until payment made, which I did at end of June 2015 and he promised when I paid final installment he would come out & sort problems as there were issues with not finishing off properly, wonky lines & poor imprinting, rough edging. There's also a dip by front gate that collects water & leaves large puddles. You can only get through to Carl as all emails & numbers go through to him. He keeps promising to come round & assess problems but he never turns up. Would never recommend this company :(
