Pickstones in Stoke-on-Trent

Food ok, staff are extremely rude, I accidentally dropped a punnet of raspberries because I was asked to move to the till in front, (no room to get passed though).

I then asked if I could swap them and a lady said, "All items dropped will be paid for and that is why we provide baskets", the tone of her voice was so sharp and nasty, I was out with my daughter and the way she spoke has upset me all day, it's not about the money but the attitude and content what she said I will never forget, and I will definitely never go back.
