Julianos in Newcastle Upon Tyne

We ordered food at 8.15. By 9.50 we had called to chase 3 times and were told it was on the way. The driver arrived and the food wasn't hot at all but we gave it ago. The chicken wasn't cooked, actually pink and raw in the middle and part of the order was missing! I called back up and the manager said he was coming out with the rest of the order. I showed him the chicken at the door he practically threw the nachos they forgot at me and ran away!
