I gained my Advanced Diploma as a personal trainer at the prestigous Lilleshall School of Excellence home to the European Institute of Fitness.
My sessions are individually tailored in order to help you reach your fitness goals, they will be dynamic, effective and fun. Whether you are looking for weight loss, training for a specific sporting event or simply looking to improve your general fitness, I can come to you at your home, all I ask is your time and committment and I will bring the rest.
