It demands the same attitude from the patient as it will be the starting point and key to unlocking defenses.
Usually in Psychotherapy sessions, blocked and aggressive responses can occur until the patient discovers the path for healing. We can understand the meaning of emotions, first in relation to the truth, the patient has been building up, a truth that has been heard without reaching the truth that needs to be understood. It becomes a dialectic in which we have to translate and interpret our steps through psychotherapy, so as to reach the subject who talks.
Emotions can be treated, and should be treated when they exceed the limits of normal and they interfere in our normal daily life.
I study the different types of emotions, related to areas that need being developed in life.
When the mind is blocked with emotions and experiences that happened in the past and they need to be revealed. We restore the damaged body. Body, soul and mind are related. I use art and speech to express and restore the history of the patient, the patient should know what leads to the conflict and the symptom and confront it. It is a know how and getting the knowledge that relates to life and growth, with full responsibility at the time of taking any steps.
Relations and acceptance of others are very important in my practice. Basically is based on them, building up relationships by understanding and providing a safe environment where you can freely talk and express yourself.
