My Bakery is an American-style bakery founded in 2004 to bring the authentic taste of American home baking to The seaside and Luton The company opened its first branch in Luton at home and we propose to open two branches in Scotland, South Coast.
The idea came about from my friends who said my cakes are so beautiful why not take the bullet and sell them, so we decided to fly to coupe and start our own business - to our surprise it worked.
