We deal predominately with cases that involve the use of Bailiffs and/or work with those individuals/households classified as vulnerable.
All of our initial advice is free.
However CTA does not receive any external funding, government or otherwise, and this is why we charge a one off fee of £145.00 in cases where you ask us to act on your behalf.
Sometimes, in exceptional circumstances, we are able to offer a payment plan, in an effort to make our service as accessible as possible.
