Never use their Service. They are proper cheats. Firstly the plumber comes in two hours late and then completely does the wrong job, ordering the wrong products which cannot be fitted correctly for which we get charged incorrectly and when we ask for refund they use ask us to confront us in the court with a lawyer. Utter nonsense.

Terrible service / dishonest plumber. They also operate under the name 'Run10' . Do not use under any circumstances. The plumber stole a valve from our property and only half-completed a job. He told us to order incorrect valves and then fitted the wrong product - the tap heads are incompatible with the valves and he is trying to charge twice for a return visit, although the error was entirely his. He is fraudulent and tried to claim that Bristan (spare parts supplier) had given him incorrect information. Bristan have no record of an enquiry from him (they log every call). We have been left £70 out of pocket and are now trying to find a new plumber.
