My name is David Cole, and I have been in the wall tie and remedial treatment industry for over 25 years. I have a reputation for excellence and reliability, and I undertake work to the very highest standard possible. My vision is to provide the highest quality workmanship at competitive prices, whilst maintaining excellent customer service at all times.
Products & Services:
Perma-Fix Ltd, whose Director is David Cole, damaged our property, invoiced for work that was not done and invoiced for work that he was specifically told not to undertake. We took him to Court and the judgement on 20 May, 2021 was that:
1. Cole damaged our property and the Judge stated he would have ordered him to make good the damage if the new owner had not already done so.
2. He was ordered to repay the money that he had been paid for work that had not been done.
3. His counterclaim for his invoice for work that he had been specifically told not to do was thrown out.
Cole chose not to appeal and ignored the Court Order to pay the money, so a further Court Hearing was required on 29 October, 2021 at which his bank was told to pay us direct. Our money was finally recovered after twelve months when his bank repaid us on 29 November, 2021.
