As a Specialist Speech & Language Therapist I have provided Speech Therapy in homes, clinics, schools, nurseries and specialist resource settings for over 12 years. I have experience of many different speech therapy techniques suitable for children of varying ages up to 19 years. Speech and Language disorders affect children in different ways. For some children the cause may be known (birth injury, Autistic Spectrum Disorder etc) but for others the cause of the problem is unclear. My aim is to supply speech therapy which will help maximise the child's individual strengths and minimise their weaknesses. I provide speech therapy which is tailored to the child, and does not require the child to "fit in" with a fixed viewpoint.
