I provide one-to-one counselling in central wimbledon for individuals with a wide range of issues. Contacting a counsellor can be a daunting process, I offer a non-judgmental and confidential place for people to explore issues they may find difficult to discuss with family and friends. People come to counselling for all types of reasons, often people are unsure what is bothering them and may feel stuck, lose a sense of who they are, or, lack meaning in their life. My main approach to counselling draws on psychodynamic and attachment based principles which involves the idea that thinking about past experiences and early childhood relationships can help make sense of current feelings, experiences, relationships and difficulties. Always adapting to the clients needs I believe in building a trusting relationship with my clients and offer them a safe and discreet environment from where to explore their difficulties. I work with a variety of issues. I am a member of the BACP, I work within their guidelines for good practice, as well as having professional indemnity issuance.
