The Conservatory Maintenance Company was hired in Aug'13 to manage the design and installation of replacement Timber Conservatory. Basic measurements were mis-calculated which would have resulted in a vertically challenged conservatory had we not corrected their mistakes. We encountered lengthy delays to sign off on drawings, and were left to resolve a dispute with manufactuer regarding costsing which this contractor failed to manage. After months of further excuses and delays Conservatory Maintenance Co admitted in Feb14 they were unable to fulfil the contract to install the materials. With materials ordered and ready for delivery 8 weeks prior, we then had to source an alternative installer to take over the build from existing finalised CAD drawings. At May14, Conservatory Maintenance have still failed to repay the deposit. ***Consider very carefully before thinking of using this company***. UPDATE: Nov'14: All deposit funds now repaid.
