At the Indian Spice School, you will be introduced to not only cooking the indian food that you might find at your local indian restaurat or indian takeaway, but also cooking the indian regional dishes, traditional home cooked food, and East African influeced indian cuisine. The ISS offers an exciting range of structured indian cooking courses for beginners, or seasoned everday cooks. The ISS also offers hospitality consultancy services to businesses, and schools and colleges.
