I bought gluten free products from Shimerin Cakes although they call that product range "fresh gluten free". We got scones/soda farl/potato bread and pancakes, I don't know how long it had been since we had an Ulster Fry but these products really hit the spot, I would and have done recommended Fresh gluten free. My son also bought a non gluten free apple tart he said it was the best he had tasted.
