Terrible service, leaking joints under the floor! Cost over 2k to redo! We found plumbing joints under the floor boards stuck together with silicone. Other plumbing joints screwed together. My advice, avoid this company! We were having a brand new kitchen and solid wood floor fitted through lockdown and Steve did some joinery work and pipework prior. He came back and made 3/4 holes in the brand new floor looking for leaks! Repaired 1 leak, but our brand new boiler was still loosing pressure. He was supposed to come back, but then called to say he was at hospital after a funny turn. We had to hire another plumber (who Steve actually recommended) afterwards and pay a further 2k to repair all the leaks Steve left. We are still waiting to hear back from you Steve?
