Could almost copy and paste the first review. I too ordered a bed which despite the website showing it was in stock (and it still shows that today) it was not in stock. I called them two weeks after ordering as I had not heard anything from them, just a call to see how my order was progressing... I gave my order number and immediately the girl said whe would have to give me a refund (before I had even asked about the order).
The girls on the number 01244 145 136 have promised a refund would be with me soon on the following dates - 24/11, 10/12, 30/12 then on the 09/02/2015 they promised me a call back from accounts or a manager, I am still waiting.
Be very careful. I ordered a bed which despite assurances from their customer service rep wasn't in stock. The money was taken out of my account immediately. I found out by text on the day of delivery the bed had never been in stock and it was a warehouse error. Despite being told I would be refunded immediately I am still awaiting my refund. I am still awaiting a reply to my complaint from their complaints manager. They only seem to anwser the phone for new orders and not for customer queries. Buyer beware.
