Lindy Dowling Wedding & Event Planners in London

We were incredibly disappointed with the level of service that we received from Lindy. Despite having paid a large amount of money up front, on the day she failed to deliver. She arrived late, citing traffic. She was unable to be there to coordinate our wedding guests after the service. Therefore, they didn't know where to go. The other vendors that we hired said that she did not provide the coordination that they needed on the day. When we asked her about this afterwards, she said that it was not her job to do so. She told me that she relied on the vendors to know what they were doing. We felt that it should have been her role to prepare herself fully. We provided her extensive lists of what we needed and expected on the day but very little of this if any was fulfilled by Lindy. I think she would be hard pressed to be able to comment on what she actually managed to achieve on the day. We are not quite sure what we paid her so much money for. Having been so disappointed, she did not offer any return of fees. We thought we were getting peace of mind so that we could go ahead an enjoy our day. Unfortunately, our expectations were not met.
