In my in person work I use both traditional deep hypnosis as well as lighter states of trance and fully conscious conversation and tasking. In my remote work I use a conversational style of hypnosis and NLP techniques. Some hypnotic trance work can also be done remotely, and further enhanced by listening to personalised recordings between sessions.
