Saffron Clean & Tidy in Radwinter, Saffron Walden

Very worrying. Having been promised a cleaner once a fortnight, the cleaner who finally came (a week later than originally booked) changed the time of the visit due to childcare problems, arriving at a time when I had to go out. She could not operate any of my equipment and I ended up having to help her and finish off the cleaning. The manager did not bother to check, do a pre-visit or follow up with the promised fortnightly clean. When I questioned the standard of service for the price, the manager was bullish in response and sent me an e mail in which the cleaner said I was disorganised and the house was a tip! Not true, rude and irrelevant to the professionalism of the business. When I pointed out that customer service skills were wanting, I received a barrage of self justificatory and frankly rude emails. And they expected me to pay £54!! Really? I have actually been left feeling intimidated.
