Your whole watch will be dismantled and traced throughout every stage of its cleaning and restoration. The cleaning is extensive- they use a technique called ultrasonic cleaning. The watch is also re-brushed to give it that perfect finish- like a brand new watch.
Having checked out their website I decided to have my eight year old Omega Double Eagle Constellation serviced by Swiss Time Services. I sent my watch to them and received an estimate of £300.00 for the work required. I accepted the estimate and I was informed that the work would be completed within 30 working days. I received a call from Swiss Time Services within the time scale I had been given telling my watch was ready and I was asked when it would be convenient to return it to me. I subsequently received my watch by Royal Mail Special Delivery on the date agreed and I was delighted to discover that it was as good as new. All the minor scratches had been removed and a new crown had been fitted and the watch had been packed in a protective case bearing the Omega Logo. Enclosed with the watch was an invoice detailing the work carried out plus a two year guarantee. It goes without saying that the watch has kept perfect time since I received it back. I was so pleased with the result that I sent my Vintage Rolex Submariner to Swisstec which is a subsidiary of Swiss Time Services dealing with non Omega Watches. My Rolex is now back with me in pristine condition and keeping perfect time. Suffice to say that I am more than happy to recommend Swiss Time Services/Swisstec to anyone.
